On our English pages, you often see the word "relationships". This is just sanitized language. On our English pages, "relationships" refers to what couples, when not sleeping, do in bed. Or, if so inclined, on the kitchen table.

English is a rather hypocritical language. Many words for natural bodily functions and processes have dirty connotations, and polite speakers like us have to go to considerable length to communicate meanings without naming them. But we nevertheless hope you get the point.

Tongkatali.org - Self Cognition: Our self in the midbrain

By Serge Kreutz

The nucleus accumbens is a rather small structure in the mammalian, and therefore human, midbrain. It has various functions, but one of the most prominent of these functions is motivation.

Yes, humans seek pleasure, but without seeking it, even pleasure is void of meaning.

Motivation is central to life. In the very beginning was, and is, motivation. Motivation does not have to be conscious, as even worms exhibit it.

And you may just want to imagine the nucleus accumbens as a worm. Because it still has a degree of neurological autonomy that makes sense even if it weren’t expanded by all those higher brain functions.

Because the nucleus accumbens with nearby structures like the thalamus are at the basis of motor sensory processing, and of memory as well. Even though a lot of data is stored in the cortex, it’s emotional encoding happens in the midbrain, the nucleus accumbens and the thalamus. And emotional encoding of data makes it relevant for motivation.

Basic memory functions in the midbrain are spatial and positive-negative memory encoding. These two are needed to seek nutrition (eat), and to avoid being nutrition (being eaten), as well as some other dangers to an organism's existence.

One level up, but still very much tied to the midbrain, is the motivation to procreate, which is relationships in all higher forms of life.

In as much as seeking nutrition is s banality in modern life, and in as much as a human with a functional brain will succeed in avoiding most dangers to life, and even a lot of discomfort, relationships motivation rules ever more supreme.

In a developed human society, individuals pursue all kinds of goals. But I would credit it to Sigmund Freud to have advanced the awareness that many human endeavors are just substitutes for relationships motivation, or alternative routes in wanting to achieve relationships success.

Tongkatali.org - Tongkat ali strength and mildness

By Serge Kreutz

This is an issue that needs clarification.

Strength refers to efficacy.

Mildness is about ingestability.

We use 50 grams of tongkat ali to produce 1 gram of 1:50 extract.

Theoretically, you could swallow 50 grams of root powder in water. The efficacy would be the same as 1 gram of 1:50 extract.

The 50 grams of root powder will be harsh on your digestive tract. Humans are not termites. We cannot digest wood.

Hard to say what health issues may result from ingesting several hundred grams of hard root wood everyday.

Anyway, a person ingesting tongkat ali is not after root wood fiber, but after quassinoids and related chemical constituents in tongkat ali root. There are many different quassinoids in tongkat ali. They are water soluble and heat resistant.

This is a property quassinoids have in common with many chemical substances in the human food chain. Caffeine in coffee and tea are also water soluble and heat resistant. The caffeine doesn’t get lost even if you cook your tea for two hours.

There are many chemical substances in tea. And even of a plant as commonly consumed around the world as tea, not every chemical constituent has been fully researched. For tongkat ali, the knowledge is scant.

Let’s say you want to produce an instant tea like Nestlé does. An instant tea is an extract of tea leaves that comes as a powder that can be dissolved in water (we produce with technologies that have made Nestlé famous) .

You surely have heard of people with digestive issues from tea. You can try it on yourself, too.

Try to brew 2 grams of tea leaves for 3 minutes. You will get most of the caffeine. You most probably won’t have digestive issues drinking it. But you possibly would from eating 2 grams of tea leaves, just as you would from 50 grams of tongkat ali root powder.

Now try to brew the same quantity of tea leaves for 30 minutes. The tea will be darker. There will be many tannins and other dissolved chemical constituents. And that kind of brew will cause heartburn and other irritations for many people.

Now try to use 20 grams of the same tea, and brew it for 3 minutes. You will get 4 times as much caffeine, so this brew is stronger.

At the same time, this brew, in spite of being stronger, is also milder on the digestive tract.

The same would be the case if you dry the two brews. 50 milligrams of powder resulting from 8 grams of tea will be stronger, and at the same time milder, than 50 milligrams obtained from 2 grams of tea.

So here you have an example of an extract that is stronger and milder at the same time.

Our 1:50 extract is like a long-brewed tea. Some people find it harsh on the digestive tract. If 8 grams of 1:50 extract per day is no problem for you, go for that.

Our 1:200 extract is further reduced at a ratio of 1:4. Some of the ingredients that may cause digestive issues with 1:50 are not present. So, ingesting 2 grams of 1:200 is milder than 8 grams of 1:50.

There is nothing in 2 grams of 1:200 that would not also be in 8 grams of 1:50. But of course, 2 grams of 1:200 have more key ingredients than 2 grams of 1:50.

Marijuana or tongkat ali for better relationships, part 1

By Serge Kreutz

Cannabis Opinion, 2019

There is a fundamental difference between marijuana and tongkat ali.

Regardless of how enthusiastic you are about marijuana, there is no doubt that it makes you feel drugged. You may call it high, or stoned, or bright. Fact is that your brain doesn't feel sober.

Some people like to feel drugged most of the day or all day. For them, marijuana is better than cocaine or meth, and better than alcohol or barbiturates. It's certainly better than heroin or other opiates.

I am not one of those.

Apart from the time I am engaged in relationships conduct, I like to feel a clear, sharp mind. I like to master my vocabulary. My mind isn't sharp on marijuana, and on marijuana, I can't form sentences, and certainly not write articles. I just drift off.

This can be good for relationships. But if taken as aphrodisiac, marijuana dosages should be comparatively small. But even on a small dosage, marijuana is unpredictable.

Tongkat ali by itself is predictable, and a tongkat ali stack that also incorporates butea superba, velvet beans (Mucuna pruriens), and krachai dam is very predictable. You will have more relationships interest, and your orgasms will feel better.

Underestimated marijuana

The trend in the Americas and Europe is to legalize marijuana. The consensus is that the war on drugs was a failure, not interrupting the use of the drug, and only enriching criminals.

Legalizing and taxing marijuana, so the sounded (and sound) idea, would earn governments much-needed cash, save enormously on enforcement cost, and reduce organized crime.

Furthermore, marijuana has many medical uses.

It can save epileptic children from certain death. It is believed that marijuana stops the progression of Alzheimer's. Marijuana also interferes with HIV replication.

Legal marijuana will change the world. It will have an impact on humanity that is greater than any other of the big changes since World War II: the Internet, the advent of AIDS, the demise of the Soviet Union, or the rise and decline of the Islamic State.

Legal marijuana will be a whole new world. Because it won’t be used just for epileptic children or Alzheimer's and AIDS sufferers.

Many peoole will use it because marijuana can be a relationships drug if properly combined with dopaminergic and hormonal enhancement. This is what can make marijuana a game changer.

It has to be noted that marijuana's relationships potential will have to be awakened for a large number of users. For most people, the prosexual effect of marijuana is dormant. It can be awakened by dopaminergic and hormonal brain stimulation by tongkat ali, velvet beans (mucuna pruriens), and butea superba.

I actually consider marijuana a waste if not used for relationships. Because the drug is way below its potential if used just for its own sake.

So, once marijuana is legal, the majority of users will be mainstreamers who have never used it, or not since their youth when they were not capable to appreciate the drugs effect on relationships. The majority of users will be those who have not used it in recent years because it was illegal: those not inclined to risk years in jail for a few hours of extra pleasure.

Watch out for the transitory dynamics when marijuana will be legal in some places but not all. People go anywhere for better relationships, and this means, they will go where marijuana is legal.

Kaempferia parviflora (krachai dam) for relationships prowess and sports

By Serge Kreutz

Maybe it’s no coincidence that kaempferia parviflora is a plant with a very limited geographic reservoir. It is found only in Thailand, quite possibly the sexiest country in the world.

Thai cuisine uses rhizomes more than any other the cuisine of any other country. Rhizomes like ginger, tumeric, galangal give an authentic taste to most Thai dishes.

Kaempferia parviflora is a rhizome, and extremely rare in the wild. And we do mean “extremely”. Would this rhizome plant not have been cultivated in Thailand as a medicinal plant, it would probably long have been extinct.

The name of the plant, kaempferia, suggests some connection to martial arts, and a German-speaking botanist in naming it. Kaempfer is German for Fighter.

And indeed, one could not find a kickboxing camp in Thailand where krachai dam (kaempferia parviflora) wouldn’t be widely consumed.

Is there scientific evidence? Of course, there is.

Kaempferia parviflora is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, not just of phosphodiesterase class 5 like sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil, but also of class 6 phosphodiesterase.

Phosphodiesterase acts on blood vessels, inhibiting constriction. For the organ, this causes an erection. And for the kickboxer, it causes an increased blood supply to about every muscle of the body. Obviously, increased blood vessel diameter means increased blood supply, and increased blood supply means more oxygen for every muscle.

And this is exactly what trainers in Thai kickboxing camps promise. Every blood vessel fully saturated.

Article continues below printscreens

Not that kickboxers only appreciate this physiological effect of kaempferia parviflora.

The herbal is not yet on the list of the World Anti-Doping Agency, so, as word spreads, expect some professional cyclists participating at the Tour de France to develop a marked preference for Thai cuisine. Or how about a Thai cycler riding down the Champs Ellysee in a yellow jersey.

And then there are bodybuilders who, in cutting cycles, just struggle to achieve just this for esthetic endeavors: relaxed blood vessels that show on the surface of the skin.

Clearly, kaempferia parviflora (krachai dam) has enormous potential.

Tongkatali.org's integrated male relationships success

By Serge Kreutz

Tongkatali.org provides an integrated service for male success, with a focus on East and Southeast Asia. Male success has a lot to do with male sexual success. Tongkatali.org sells sexuality-enhancing herbals with a proven scientific track record. This is our core operation.

But apart from that, Tongkatali.org is dedicated to the sexual success of our customers on a much wider scope.

Tongkatali.org, for example, offers consultation to customers on dental work and cosmetic surgery in Southeast Asia. This service is free for our customers, and can save them a lot of money and protect them from some bad experiences as well.

We often refer to our customers as members. For more than a decade, we have run formal memberships via sergekreutz.com. There were sexual function memberships and sexual opportunities memberships, both priced separately at 250 US dollars each. We have discontinued these, because there simply are too many phony consultation services around which use the same language.

As it stands now, anything related to information is free for members of Tongkatali.org (membership is automatic for those with an order history of 1000 US dollars or more for tangible items, mostly sexuality-enhancing herbals.

Some men are in lifelong exclusive sexual relationships. We respect and congratulate customers to whom this applies.

Most men are not made of such timber. Most men, and a large number of our members, have a profound interest in sexual variety.

For these men, if they are Westerners, East Asia has a lot to offer. Not only is the East Asian approach to physical relationships much more down-to-earth and open to negotiations. The age of men is also of much less relevance, if of any.

Tongkatali.org and Serge Kreutz started out in the early 1980s (around 40 years ago!) with travel guides on Southeast Asia. Unlike standard travel guides, these travel guides already did cover physical relationships. Travel guides nowadays never touch this topic.

Little has changed in Asia in 40 years. Of course, there are better roads, and now there is Internet. And immigration has become more complicated. But the mentality of the people up-country has changed amazingly little.

For members, Tongkatali.org provides free lifestyle advice, tailored for Western men considering moving to East Asia to achieve better physical relationships.

There is more. Tongkatali.org also trades domain names, and our members can rent unique motorhomes designed for Southeast Asian weather and infrastructure. These motorhomes are suited for couples or families going for extended holidays in Southeast Asia, and also for unattached men roaming isolated areas for physical adventures. Mind you: in Asia, the further away you get from modern, urban centers, the better your relationships will be.

Talk to us.!
